Jackson Guitars: New Additions For 2024 Pro Plus Series

Jackson just announced the 2024 additions for their Pro Plus series, including two Randy Rhoads V’s (Randy was Jackson’s first customer after all).

Pro Plus Series Rhoads RR24PS
Bound okoume Rhoads body with a flaming pomelle sapele top dubbed Firestorm, three piece graphite reinforced maple/walnut neck and oiled back finish, 12″-16″ compound radius ebony fretboard, stainless steel frets and luminlay side dots, Floyd Rose 1000 trem. Pickups-wise you get Seymour Duncan Distortion TB-6 (bridge) and Seymour Duncan Distortion SH-6N (neck).

Pro Plus Series Rhoads RR24 Mirror
Same specs as the RR24PS above but this okoume body gets a glossy, mirrored finish (black backside).

Pro Plus Series Soloist SLA3Q
Already available in Amber Tiger Eye, Amber Blue Burst and Polar Burst this new, pink beauty comes in Fuschia Burst and offers a six-ply arched top okoume body with quilt maple top, 25.5″ scale length, three-piece through-body maple/walnut neck with graphite reinforcement and oiled back finish, Floyd Rose 1000 tremolo as well as 24 jumbo stainless-steel frets and luminlay side-dots. Pickups: Direct mount Seymour Duncan Distortion TB-6 (bridge), Seymour Duncan Custom Flat Strat SSL-6 RWRP Single-Coil (middle) and Seymour Duncan Custom Flat Strat SSL-6 Single-Coil (neck).

Pro Plus Series Dinky DKAQ
Already available in Firestorm, Transparent Purple Burst and Ghost Burst this Dinky is now available in Emerald Green. Other specs include 25.5″ scale length, okoume body with quilt maple top, five-piece bolt-on maple/walnut neck with graphite reinforcement, sculpted shredder’s cut heel, 12″-16″ compound radius ebony fingerboard (24 jumbo stainless-steel frets and luminlay side-dots) and this one also gets the Floyd Rose 1000 tremolo. Pickup-wise you get direct-mount Seymour Duncan JB TB-4 (bridge) and Seymour Duncan ’59 SH-1N (neck) with matching green bobbins.
